Milligan Heritage, through Wazia Enterprises and Kaito Motors of Japan, is a member of the biggest auction in Japan.  The USS auction is based in every major city in Japan and it is therefore possible for us to get cars from every corner and city of Japan.  We have also contracted with a shipping company in Japan to ensure that our vehicles are shipped within the shortest time possible.  Even though we are 100% local company, we have very efficient and 100% local representation in Japan thus giving us advantage over other dealers who seek cars from non auction dealers.  Our connection to the auctions ensure that you get the vehicle at the bet pice possible.

 

To import with us as a customer, we identify the particular vehicle of your choice from the Japanese auctions and then show you the pictures plus full details of the car includeing year of manufacture, mileage, specifications, etc.  We will give you a price quotation on the same based on the  current auction bidding price of the car.  If you are satisfied with the details provided, we will make a bid for the same car in the auction.  Once the bid is successful, we will require for you to pay 75% of the cif price immediately.  The other 25% will be paid once the vehicle gets on board a ship destined for mombasa and we will provide original documents of shipping.

 

Before we bid for any car, our staff in our office in Japan will do a thorough inspection of the car to ensure it meets our quality and standards.  they also ensure that details provided for the car match the actual condition of the car as well as ensure that your car has not been stolen or illegal.  Once the bid has been successful and paid for, our staff will drive your vehicle straight to the ship yard for shipping or they may drive it to our yard in Sakura Shi either for storage, repair or otherwise if need be.

 

We do assist our clients to clear the vehicles from Mombasa and to pay all duties on the cars.  Our clearing agents have a wide experience and your car will be out of the port within 4 days from day of vessel dischare ceteris paribus.  In the clearing process, it will be pay on demand basis so that no unnecessary overcharges are heaped on you.  A clear duty quotation will be given even before you import the vehicle to ensure you understand the full cost of the car to you.
